Brachytherapy Unit, to introduce radioactive source, cobalt-60, into the body cavity of the patient to provide radiation to a particular organ at a specific dose was acquired along with necessary accessories from BARC,
Mammography Unit, Model FLAT E unit was installed with all essential accessories, particularly suitable for mammography ‘’SCREENING‘’ programs for the detection of breast cancer.
X-ray Unit: MEDITRONICS - DIAGNOX-60 ma 60 Mev X-ray unit with all necessary accessories and a dark room was established to provide diagnostic X-ray facility at the hospital.
Ultra Sound Unit: L & T SIGMA / MFT (USSG – 2) Sector Ultrasound Scanner was established to provide diagnostic ultrasound facility at the hospital.
